BE JOYFUL

The year we all have been waiting for and I hope you are ready and excited to explore the unknown as I am.

It’s a pleasure to have you on here reading this post.

This Blog has been created just for you.

The idea behind the Blog is to provide black women that love to write but does not necessarily want the responsibility of mentening a Blog or a Website with the space and audience to share their thoughts, ideas and perceptions

on subjects like - Spiritual & Mental Health, Food & Fitness, History & Culture, Business & Innovation, and Literature.

How great is that!?

Now you have no excuse, all you need to do is send in your thoughts on any of the above subjects with your full name and details.

The Blog will feature one woman every month for free and it could be you.

Also, I have a New Year‘s Gift for you:

Maybe you are restling right now with New Year Resolutions and Goal Setting, I know because I have been there too.

Instead of traditional goal setting, why not try something new, like settings intents that will help you navigate effectively through 2019.

Here Are 5 Keys To Help You Joyfully Navigate 2019

1. WORRY LESS

The key to thriving is the ability to overcome feeling anxious about actual or potential problems.

2. KNOW THYSELF

Understanding yourself will produce the necessary factor in understanding the nature of all human beings and your ability to serve others better.

3. TRUST THE PROCESS

Allow life to unfold in your favour by taking a step back, loosening your grip, and letting go of your perceived control over everything.

Let go and let God.

4. GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO GROW

Make a conscious choice to stop shrinking your life to fit into mainstream of what is acceptable or not acceptable.

Give yourself the permission to stretch, be open and do something new.

5. GRATITUDE & GIVING

It’s easier to give thanks than to ask „why“ - so in all things, give thanks to God.

It’s is more blessed to give than to receive.

Keep the door of love and joy open in your life by developing the habit of gratitude and giving.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
